To keep a cooler head during the heat wave, health experts recommend stashing your bed pillow in the refrigerator during the day — to help lull sleep by lowering core body temperature. This pillow pad came with a nice case. I like the fact it has a case because if you are using it when you are sick, or sweaty you want to wash it. I also like the fact it helps with feverish kids. IT did not smell whn I opened it, and sat flat in my refrigerator.
