Let me start off by saying I wasn't quite sure how big these would be and I was glad that they weren't too big. They fit nicely in a cup but too big for my kid to shove in his mouth. Even though we filled them to the top, not all the spheres were perfectly round, but they were pretty darn close. This may also be because every single time I've put them in the fridge, I end up having to tilt it a little. Nevertheless - don't get the wrong idea. These are awesome. My family can't freeze them fast enough. I plan on trying more than water in them (like chocolate and strawberry) - as is, these are fun for just being used for the family but I'm sure when we have a get together they'll be an even bigger hit! I'm going to have to buy more just to keep up.
