I remembered these from when my kids were small and how much fun they had with them, so I got them for my grandchildren ages 2-8. Initially, I was very disappointed in these poppers; they only popped up about 6-8 in. Turned out I was setting them down upside down--DUH! So, when I accidently set one down the correct way it startled me by popping up and hitting the ceiling! WOW!
