The ergonomically designed contours to my spine giving me the extra support to my lower back region of my spine. The contoured design reduces the stress to my lower back and helps support it. It will make a great gift for anyone that suffers with lower back pain when traveling or at home in that easy chair. If you are looking for something very firm, this is for you. It offers tremendous lumbar support from a well made cushion! 

At first glance, I was really impressed by the quality of the pillow, and soft outer covering. It's also a pretty light grey color. More importantly, I sit at my computer for long stretches every day, and do a great deal of commuting, and this cushion has really improved my posture and reduced my back ache. I highly recommend this product - it is an extremely great value for the cost, very comfortable and supportive.
