#NutriONN Biotin Extra Strong 10 000 mcg, 120 capsules

I've taken Biotin supplements before, but I've either been put off by a funny odor or the fact that some brands ask you to take them 2 or 3 times a day. I'm not willing to do that! So When I saw that this Biotin was a once a day capsule with 10,000 MCG in one capsule, I was all about it.

This really works for hair and nail growth. I actually had faster growing hair in within a few days after starting to take this biotin twice a day, and now after two weeks, my hair is the fullest it's ever been. I'm someone with fine, thin hair so any added fullness or new growth really helps.
