This is a serum that differs from the others I have tried. The EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) serum is said to stimulate the skin to increase collagen production and accelerate the skin's renewal process. As I age my concerns are fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. The fact that is claims to be scar reducing is also a benefit. We've also included citrus oils which are great antioxidants and help rid the skin of free radicals and toxins, brightening skin and diminishing dark spots. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. have two weeks to review and product and I am very happy with the performance of this product and look forward to the effects of prolonged use. The best way for me to describe the texture is to compare it to a thickened witch hazel. It says to dab on in the directions. I do a combination of dabbing and circular motions. Rubbing causes a bit of foaming. Again imagine a reduction/dense witch hazel. It only foams a bit before it absorbs. I do follow up with a moisturizer. If there happens to be an area of concern like a spot or breakout, I will dab an additional amount after applying this to my entire face. It feels as though it is providing oil control when I apply it to my t-zone. It is not an advertised benefit, but it has been my experience. This works well under my moisturizer and makeup.
