I needed a silicone whisk and researched the different shapes and brands before going to buy one. There are a lot of whisks out there and I went into the store expecting to buy one of the silicone flat whisks. They had so many choices and I kept coming back to the flat one and this tornado. It is sturdy but very flexible. I love the way it is flat on the bottom of the pan and reaches all over. It did a wonderful job.Sits flat, flares out so that you can reach into corners of the pan. Non-stick heat resistant silicone is perfect for use in all non-stick pans.
