Very small and compact lightweight LED rechargeable light for a cell phone flash. This is a nice little device to use with your phone to provide additional lighting for photos or video. The headphone plug is only for holding it in place it does not activate the flash and don't seem to do anything other than hold it in place. The manual switch on the side gives you the on / off functions, so you turn the LED light on, take your pictures, then turn off the LED light via the switch. You can select hi, med, or low intensity and give more light or less if needed which allows it in several different degrees of lighting. It does work every time I use it with the switch, and the lighting is great and super bright for this little item.
