There's a decent amount of powder in the bag. I've attached a picture of it next to a watch so you can see what you're getting. I really like the taste and quality though. I mix a teaspoon of the powder in 1/2 cup of hot water to help it dissolve and then mix it in 1/2 cup of hot milk. Add a little bit of honey and then I use an electric baby formula mixer to get it a little frothy (Munchkin has a good one for about $6). I don't care for coffee as much these days so this is a great alternative. The packet is small, but it says it has 30 servings. 2 servings = 1 teaspoon so I can make about 15 matcha green tea lattes with this bag. That's a pretty good deal.
