I tested this for free. . As others have stated, this is a jumbo size mug! It is 8 inches tall and has a 3 inch diameter at the bottom and a 4 inch diameter at the top. Because it is tapered it still fits in the beverage holder in my vehicle. I was a bit confused by the listing as to whether it would arrive with a lid since you can also purchase a lid separately. It does come with the lid so the other lid listing must be for extra/replacements?

This mug is VERY easy to clean, which is a huge plus. I have many smaller/slimmer metal water bottles that I have to use a bottle brush to get into to. To be honest, the fact they are a pain to clean means they get cleaned less often.... :) Because this has a wide open top it's super simple to clean out, and the lid is a piece of cake since it's simple flat plastic piece with a silicone ring to snug it in. The style of the lid (with the cut out sip opening and no close tab) does mean the liquid could slosh out of this while you're walking/driving if it was somehow jarred. Because of that I probably wouldn't fill it with hot liquids and put it in the beverage holder next to me in the vehicle.
It is doubled walled and is working well to keep my cold beverages cold. My water is still very cold after five hours (I started with about 10 ice cubes) in a ~ 70 degree house, and is still cold after 10 hours.. The handle is available separately. If you have large hands it might be optional, but I feel this is almost unmanageable to grab securely without the handle. So if let your kids use it or have petite hands the handle would be a good investment.
I drink a lot of water and this is my new go to mug due to it's great size capacity and ease of cleaning
