The main selling point is that it has a gentle warm feature designed to warm milk slower to preserve nutrients. Why spend hours pumping breast milk only to ruin its benifits be cooking all the good stuff out in a rapid fashion. It has 3 settings and is super easy to use. There are 3 settings, gentle warm, express warm and sterilize. The gentle warm is good for heating breastmilk. Gentle warm takes about 10-15 minutes but you can easily leave the bottle in there for an hour or so until baby is ready to eat. The express one is meant for food, but I use it for about 3 minutes to quickly heat the milk (not sure i'm supposed to!) but when baby is super upset I speed up the process. The sterilize setting is good for quickly sterilizing small things.
