The sleep mask is made of a soft neoprene like material which is lightweight foamy feeling. I like how it is contoured to the nose and the eye portions bulge out. I find that flat sleeping masks tend to have high pressure points at the nose and eyes, so it was a really smart decision to have these areas raised. It really helps with the comfort especially for long sleeps rather than napping. The band is elastic with a velcro closure, so getting the perfect fit for your head is easy. The included ear plugs is very nice and I do like how they have included a small ear plugs carrier. The small pouch is convenient to keep everything together. This set is absolutely necessary especially if you have the night shift and have to get rest during the day. Unfortunately, people tend not to keep quiet during the day because no one expect their neighbors having to sleep during the day.
