I use the mask every 3rd time I wash my hair. I've only been using it for about 3 weeks now, but I believe it is improving the moisture level in my hair and reduces breakage from heat styling.I have very damaged hair from years of coloring it and styling it. Split ends and dry, frizzy hair are a constant battle for me. I have tried multiple deep conditioners, high end and low end, and none have ever worked as well as this product! I use this once to twice a week in place of a normal conditioning. It truly helps mend split ends and repair and smooth frizzy hair. Like the name of the product says, it is a "restorative" mask, not just a deep conditioner.
