I have used this mat for chicken and steaks. I always hated cooking chicken on the grill because it would stick so much. It worked great with this mat. Wipe off excess grease and wash in sink...works like a charm! We use our mats every day on our electric ceramic stove top. These mats prevent the scratching and burned on food that is common on these types of cooktops. A great product and the mats are fantastic on the grill as the other reviews detail. The mesh and the silicone mat are great too. This set is a nice addition to any kitchen inside or out!
