I bought this for my smaller jobs, as I have a large food processor that is great but bulky and a hassle to clean. This is fantastic! I was worried it wouldn't be able to purée onions adequately as my husband likes the flavor but hates the texture of them, but this gave me the onion mush I was seeking!
I bought this because it does not need electricity to chop veggies and salads. We are die hard campers and needed something small that would not need batteries or electric outlets.
This is by far one of the most useful products I own! It works for just about everything, it is affordable and high quality... Dice veggies, make guacamole or salsa, you name it this can make your kitchen prep faster than ever.
