This lunch box is a pretty nice looking box that would look great as part of any school or work lunch. The tabs on the top is pretty cool and definitely keeps the lid on tight when in use. It helps release pressure so the cover can more easily come off when it is lifted up. The stainless steel inside is great. It's easy to clean and it's healthier than plastics that might leak BPA into the food.

Some flaws that I found with it are that it definitely doesn't keep your food warm. It looks as though it's a thermos type container, but when I placed steaming hot food into it and came back an hour later, the food was almost too cold to eat, it was mildly warm. That was definitely disappointing since it is a stainless steel inside, so you can't place it into the microwave, and it's plastic so you can't place it in the oven. So to say it's good for soups I think is inaccurate, since most people prefer hot soups. The other flaw that I found is that most of the time I put the cover on, the locks won't latch without effort, usually in the form of adjusting the lid a bit. It should be an easy place and pop kind of thing, but it takes work.

I would recommend this is you are looking for a cute lunchbox for salads or sandwiches, but not if you eat warm foods.
