Let me start off by saying the photos do not do justice to this beautiful necklace. The colors are not the yellow green combination that my monitor shows, but the most delicate grass and moss colored stones - this necklace makes such a feminine statement! The pearls are a rich cream with a breathtaking luster, the shapes vary from coin to just plain lumps of incredible nacre. The peridot beads also vary in shape, from perfect spherical beads to irregular, color ranging from light green to nearly translucent. I just purchased a second one after receiving the first order - so I can give it as a gift. The quality in the necklace is very fine, my two-year old bruiser of a son pulled on this, and it didn't break. The stones are individually knotted so the necklace lays flat. The clasp is sturdy and will hold the necklace well. I also appreciate the extender, so I can have more options in how I wear the necklace.The different textures and colors play very well together which is the reason I ordered it. Even the box the necklace comes in is very appealing, and the explanation of how the item is created is interesting.The strands of pearls were delicate and expensive looking. I have seen less flattering necklaces for a lot more money. This necklace is not flashy but sophisticated.
