#MoreCuisineEssentials Vegetable Spiralizer.

#MoreCuisineEssentials Vegetable Spiralizer.

This arrived yesterday, and I could not wait to try it out. Pasta is tempting, and delicious, but being health conscious and gluten-free does limit what is available. Now I have this nifty kitchen tool to create healthy and delicious dishes without the carb load! I like that it is durable, and built from BPA-Free ABS Plastic and Heat-Treated Stainless Steel. As someone who tries to avoid BPA as much as possible, this was an important factor. It came in a bag which I appreciated because once I clean and dry it, I can put it in the bag and store it in a draw or cabinet. It includes a flexible cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the product out after use, which I did find useful to really clean out the blades after spiralizing carrots. I did not know what to expect, but I was really impressed with the outcome, and found that I prefer the larger spirals compared to the smaller ones. It was easy to use, and created long, clean cut spirals. I did a mix of the large and small spirals, mushrooms, one bell pepper, and carrots. Seasoned with a little olive oil, black pepper, and garlic. It was quick and easy, satisfying, and everyone raved about lunch. Insisting I made more spiralized meals for everyone to enjoy.
